Our Purpose

To provide a friendly, efficient service for prospective purchasers and vendors by assisting with the process of buying and selling accommodation businesses or properties, to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.

Freehold Motels

The ownership of the Land, Building, Plant & Equipment along with Goodwill, operating as a going concern being the owner/operator or choosing to run under management.

Leasehold Motels

The ownership of the Plant & Equipment along with Goodwill to operate the Business, paying rent to the Investment owner (Landlord) in accordance with the terms of the Lease.

Investment Motels

The ownership of the Land and Buildings as a passive investment allowing the right to receive rent from the Lessee in accordance with the Lease.

Formatting or Splitting Motels

This is a specialised procedure whereby a Freehold Property can be split into 2 components presenting the Leasehold and Investment options, although this can only be applied to certain Freehold Motels which must meet specific criteria and requires considerable expertise to ensure either/or both purchasing parties benefit from this sales situation.
